What do I need?
Your company’s authentication code, and the Companies House personal code for each director and person with significant control.
A director doesn’t have a personal code?
Add our identity verification for them to the same order, £60 + VAT each.
Something has changed?
Changes to what the company does, its registered email or its shareholders go in the statement. For a new director, PSC or registered office, we’ll email you a price first.
What happens to my codes?
We only use them to file for you. They’re never emailed or shown in full, and we delete them once Companies House accepts the filing.
