What happens after I pay?
You’ll be taken to a page with two options: an online ID check using your smartphone (no video call needed), or a manual route where you upload your documents and we then arrange a short video call with you. Whichever you choose, we review everything and inform Companies House once your verification is complete.
What documents do I need?
A passport or driving licence, and a proof of address dated within the last 3 months — bank statement, utility bill, HMRC correspondence, Council Tax or mortgage statement.
What if I can’t use a smartphone or do a video call?
The manual route requires a video call as a minimum. If you cannot do a video call at all, we are unable to complete your verification — please contact us before paying and we’ll advise.
